Jeanine Topping & Associates is a consulting organisation that is passionate about empowering Training Providers and Assessors/Moderators to perform at their peak.

Previously the owner of Survival Skills Training & Personnel, a fully accredited Services Seta Training Provider, which saw learners successfully obtain Statement of Results for various Skills Programmes.  Jeanine recently completed a contract with the Services Seta whereby she was a Verifier and conducted External Moderation of KZN based Training Providers.

Jeanine Topping and Associates are able to assist prospective Training Providers in acquiring their Accreditation Status in a “stress free” manner.

Jeanine’s personal passion is Customer Service and she is also a licensed SA Host Customer Excellent facilitator and conducts various Training Workshops for companies throughout South Africa, who are looking to empower their staff with excellent Customer Services Skills.
